Sushi 201 Workshop

If you've taken our Sushi 101 Workshop, our '201' workshop is the next step. This is a multi-course class that teaches sushi lovers how to create advanced sushi designs – gunkan sushi, temaki (handroll), temari sushi and a multi-colored sushi roll design, all while sampling a handful of authentic ingredients directly from Japan.

Chef Carl Rosa will also be providing samples of delicious sake from Niigata, Japan between courses. Sign up to enjoy an evening of fun at this experiential and educational class!
